Cancellation Policy

Our group classes are small to allow for as much one-on one instruction as possible and as such, space is limited and in demand. For these reasons, we are unable to offer refunds for group class registrations. Please ensure that you have gone over all of Mosaic Dogs Training & Services policies and the schedule of class dates prior to registering for a group class. If a class should to be cancelled due to unsafe road/weather conditions, an instructor emergency, or other unforeseeable event, students will be notified via email, text, and/or phone call at the earliest opportunity. All attempts will be made to reschedule the cancelled class. Mosaic Dogs Training & Services has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abusive, harassing, or rude behaviour. If such behaviour occurs, or if a student refuses to follow safety instructions designed to protect trainers, students, dogs, and the public, we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of their class without refund.
